We understand that sometimes the size is not right, or the color is not as you hoped. That's why at Charles Tyrwhitt, we've made it easy to exchange or refund your items, as long as they're still under warranty and haven't been altered.

You do not need to notify us of your return, unless you have received the wrong item or it is defective. In this case, please contact us so that we can take care of this immediately.

To return with ReBOUND, follow these simple instructions:


  • Go to the ReBOUND website by clicking here. To log in, you will need your order number and either your zip code, phone number or email address.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen and enter all the information related to the return (the reason for the return, and any comments you may have).
  • You will receive a confirmation of your return by email from noreply@intelligientreturns.net. This email will contact your label or QR code, as well as tracking information.
  • Print your label and stick it on the outside of the package, making sure any other labels are covered. If you have requested a QR code, download it so you can present it at your choice of post office. Don't forget to include your return form.
  • That's all! Now all you have to do is your drop your parcel at the post office of your choice.

We process refunds and exchanges within approximately 1 week from the date of drop off. Return packages may take several weeks to reach us, so it is important to use ReBOUND to avoid this delay.
