This can be due to several factors:

- Your browser's privacy settings may be too strict. Please go to tools in your menu, then choose options, then click on advanced and make sure your privacy settings are on medium.
- We recommend that you use the latest versions of Internet browsers.
- You may not have fully selected all of the information required to add the item to your shopping cart. Please check that all your preferences (size, fit, wrist style...) have been selected. Once all the size information has been selected, you should be able to add the item to your cart without any problems.
- The item may be out of stock. So please check that this is not written on the page. We sometimes leave sold out items on the website with a message that they are no longer available. This is in order to avoid confusion that customers assume it is available but simply cannot locate it on the website.
- If you see a cross on the fit or size you are trying to select, it means that the item is out of stock in that fit or size. You will therefore not be able to click on it and therefore it cannot be added to your shopping cart.
